*Must be an eligible contracted AFC United States Dealer (Non-Rental, Non-RV, Non-Commercial Truck, and Non-Dismantler) in good standing and sign a contract amendment with AFC to qualify for Principal Pass program (“Program”). Excludes South Dakota and New York dealers. The Program only applies to payments for select vehicles subject to AFC’s eligibility criteria, including, without limitation a cap of the original principal in an amount less than or equal to $20,000, which may be modified by AFC at any time. The Program may be terminated by AFC without notice in its sole discretion. The Program is only available using AFC’s dealer portal, AFCDealer®.
