Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the Introductory Offer, Buyer must 1) be a newly registered OPENLANE Customer who has never done business with OPENLANE; 2) accept OPENLANE’s Terms and Conditions and associated policies, which are incorporated herein; and 3) be classified as an independent dealer with OPENLANE in OPENLANE’s sole discretion.

Eligible Buyers will be credited, by OPENLANE, the applicable equivalent Buy Fee on all purchases made on openlane.com marketplace and auction during the first 30 days from new account activation until the total Buy Fee credit amount reaches $350. Eligible Customers will receive a maximum aggregate credit of $150 on Buy Fees attributable to purchases made on OPENLANE Marketplace/Auction Platform. This offer will expire upon the earlier of (i) first 30 days from the date of new OPENLANE US Marketplace/Auction account activation; or (ii) once the aggregate maximum $150 Buy Fee credit is used.
