Introductory Offer: $350 Buy Fee Credit For New Independent Buyers

Promotional Period: May 19, 2025 – December 31, 2026

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the Introductory Offer, Buyer must 1) be a newly registered OPENLANE Customer who has never done business with OPENLANE; 2) accept OPENLANE’s Terms and Conditions and associated policies, which are incorporated herein; and 3) be classified as an independent dealer with OPENLANE in OPENLANE’s sole discretion.

Eligible Buyers will be credited, by OPENLANE, the applicable equivalent Buy Fee on all purchases made on openlane.com marketplace and auction during the first 30 days from new account activation until the total Buy Fee credit amount reaches $350. Standard buy fees will apply once the total Buy Fee credits reach $350. Payment of the Buy Fee credit(s) will be remitted via ACH to the buyer account of record no later than 90 days from new account activation.

To be eligible for the Introductory Offer, Buyer must, during the Promotional Period, as defined above: 1) be an active AFC Customer with an account in good standing; 2) be a newly registered OPENLANE US Marketplace Customer who has never done business with OPENLANE US as of the start of the Promotional Period; 3) accept OPENLANE’s Terms and Conditions and associated policies, which are available at app.openlane.com, and which are incorporated herein; and 4) be classified as an independent dealer with OPENLANE in OPENLANE’s sole discretion (“Eligible Customer”).

Eligible Customers will receive a maximum aggregate credit of $150 on Buy Fees attributable to purchases made on OPENLANE Marketplace/Auction Platform. This offer will expire upon the earlier of (i) first 30 days from the date of new OPENLANE US Marketplace/Auction account activation; or (ii) once the aggregate maximum $150 Buy Fee credit is used. Thereafter standard buy fees will apply. Payment of the Buy Fee credit(s) will be remitted via ACH to the buyer account of record no later than 90 days from new account activation.
