Life at AFC: Brooke Cassidy

What is your role at AFC and how do you support the independent dealer every day?

I work in our AFC Training and Branch Services department and serve as a Training Manager. This means I manage our procedures, job aids, online training courses, and other training documents to ensure our field and internal departments are set up for success as they serve our customers each day. I also manage our Relationship Manager onboarding and AFC University training programs so new Relationship Managers and Specialists can hit the ground running in their new roles with the skills and knowledge that impact our customers the most. While training is the main area of focus, I’m always ready to tackle a new challenge and enjoy the variety of projects that come my way.

What is the best part of working for AFC?

The people. Hands down. We are a family and I absolutely love the environment. We truly live out our values every day and even though we are spread across the globe, AFC is a tight knit group!

How do you help our dealers achieve their goals?

While I don’t work directly with dealers on a day-to-day basis, as a Training Manager, I help support our field operations — and ultimately our dealers — by training the teams that work directly with them. I also support our corporate teams, ensuring they have all the information they need so they can do what they do best – support our dealers!

What is your best piece of advice for dealers to successfully work with AFC?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions! Our AFC team is truly the best and we are all here to help our dealers be successful.
