What is your role at AFC and how do you support the independent dealer every day? 

I’m a senior manager on the analytics team. We’re a small team with big responsibility, and everything we do supports our dealers! Our team supports the teams that interact with dealers by providing accurate and timely data reports and finding IT solutions.

What is the best part of working for AFC?

We’re a family! In my nearly 25 years here, we’ve experienced so many life events together – some happy and some sad. Plus, we have a strong culture and we share a common goal of supporting our dealers so they can be successful; if they’re successful, then we’re successful! 

How do you help our dealers achieve their goals? 

By providing accurate and timely data reporting, we are empowering the field teams to make data-driven decisions and meet the unique needs of our dealers.

What are you most excited about as part of the AFC team?   

My team owns responsibility for the AFC data warehouse and we’re about eleven months into converting to a new software system. It’s exciting to watch the team learn and grow together. When the project first started, it was easy to look at the mountain ahead of us and think, I don’t think we can climb it! But now that we’ve moved beyond that initial phase, it’s exciting, and when we get to the top, we can look back at all we’ve accomplished and achieved together, and see just how far we’ve come.
